RedScore

Find what's wrong. Protect what isn't.

RedScore starts with an independent inspection of your entire property, not just the house. If something is wrong, we tell you exactly what it is, how serious it is, and the most efficient way to fix it. If nothing is wrong, we build a preventative maintenance plan to keep it that way.

Either way, you get one 0-to-100 number and a clear plan behind it.

How your score is made.

  1. 01

    Inspected

An independent inspector documents the whole property, from the roof to the driveway. No contractor grades their own work.

  2. 02

    Scored

Each system is rated 0 to 100 on the same rubric used for every home, then combined into your RedScore.

  3. 03

    Planned

Problems found? You get a care plan. Nothing wrong? You get a preventative maintenance plan. Nobody leaves with just a number.

  4. 04

    Kept current

Your score moves only when something real happens: a new inspection or verified work.

Two outcomes. Both end with a plan.

Only 22% of homeowners feel very confident telling a cosmetic issue from an urgent one. The inspection settles that question for every system on your property.

A score with a history.

Every change is dated and tied to the inspection or repair that caused it. When you sell, the record goes with the house.

Questions about the score.

Is a RedScore the same as an inspection report?

The inspection is how the score is made. You get the full report with photos, the score for every system, and the plan.

How do I raise my score?

Each system's score comes with the most efficient way to raise it. Have the work done by an accredited company and the score updates once the work is verified.

Can a contractor see my score?

No. Contractors bid from measurements, quantities and photos. They never see the score or the inspector's notes.

Can I get a score without an inspection?

No. A property gets a score only after an inspector has been on site.
