Independent property inspections

Know everything. Prove everything. Fix anything.

Redline is the permanent record of your property's condition. An independent inspector scores every system, we tell you exactly what's wrong, and accredited companies bid to fix it. If nothing's wrong, you get a plan to keep it that way.

  • Inspectors never sell repairs
  • No score without an inspection
  • You choose who does the work

Most owners find out what's wrong when it's already expensive.

The answer isn't more worry. It's knowing what's wrong, how serious it is, and what to do first.

One inspection. One number. One plan.

  1. 01

    Inspected

An independent inspector documents your whole property, from the roof to the driveway.

  2. 02

    Scored

Every system is rated 0 to 100 on the same rubric used for every home, then combined into your RedScore.

  3. 03

    Planned

Something wrong? You get a care plan: what to fix and in what order. Nothing wrong? You get a preventative maintenance plan.

  4. 04

    Fixed

Accredited companies bid on the work and you pick. Verified repairs raise your score and stay on the record.

Questions owners ask first.

Who does the inspection?

An independent inspector, not a contractor. Inspectors on Redline are never paid for repairs and never see bids.

What does it cost?

A flat price, shown before you book. It isn't free, because free means someone is selling.

What if nothing is wrong?

Then you'll know, in writing. You get a preventative maintenance plan and a care calendar to keep it that way.

Do I have to hire a Redline company?

No. The report is yours. If you want bids, accredited companies compete for the work and you choose. Only work verified through Redline moves your score.

Can I see my score before I book?

No. Redline never estimates. A property gets a score only after an inspector has been on site.

What happens when I sell?

The record transfers to the new owner with the property.
