Every certificate carries a code, and the code — not the vinyl — holds the live answer. Each trade is certified separately, so a company working on two is verified twice. Standing here is read from platform records, so a company cannot assert it, and removals are published rather than quietly dropped. Roof Authority report codes resolve here too.
