For investors

Price the repairs, not the guesswork.

Get a photo walk-through of any property before you commit, then book an independent inspection on anything the walk-through could not confirm. Every finding stays on the property record you keep.

  • Walk-through photos organized room by room in a branded PDF
  • Anything not inspected is flagged, never guessed
  • Accredited companies bid on the work. You pick.

Most bad deals start with a condition nobody checked.

Hidden roof and system costs

A roof or HVAC replacement you did not budget for can erase the margin on a flip or a rental.

Bids from the company that found it

When the inspector also sells the repair, the scope grows. Redline keeps the two jobs separate.

No record when you sell

Buyers discount what they cannot verify. A documented record shortens the conversation.

From walk-through to repair plan

  1. 01

    Walk-through

We photograph every area on site and send a branded PDF the same day.

  2. 02

    Flag the gaps

Anything we could not reach, like a roof without the right ladder, is flagged so you can book that inspection.

  3. 03

    Inspect and score

An independent inspector grades each system 0 to 100 and combines them into a RedScore.

  4. 04

    Bid and fix

Accredited companies bid on the work. Verified repairs raise the score and stay on the record.

Questions

Can you grade a property from the walk-through?

When we walk it in person, yes, for what we could see. Anything we could not reach is flagged as not inspected and is never scored until an inspection is done.

Do I have to use a Redline company for the work?

No. The record is yours. Only work verified through Redline moves your score.

Can I add more than one property?

Yes. Every property you own or are evaluating lives in one account.
